- We will release technical drawings after handover of the project.
3. Pricing and Payment:

4. Project Timeline:
- We will provide an estimated project timeline, and we will make every effort to adhere to it.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as material availability or weather conditions, may occur, and we will communicate these promptly.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you wish to cancel the project, please notify us in writi ng as soon as possible.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the work completed and materials purchased up to that point.
6. Client Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the project.
- You agree to provide access to the premises and clear communication throughout the project.
7. Warranty and Maintenance:
- We provide a warranty for our workmanship and the quality of materials used.
- Regular maintenance may be required for some materials and finishes, and we will provide guidance on care and upkeep.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality:
