Order Policy

As legal counsel, we have formulated a comprehensive dispute and cancellation policy to ensure transparency, fairness, and a clear understanding of the terms involved. Please familiarize yourself with the following key points before proceeding with our services:
Non-Refundable Initial Payment: Upon initiating a project, a non-refundable initial payment of 10% is required. This payment is deemed non-refundable under all circumstances. It is important to note that this payment is separate from the overall project cost and is intended to secure the engagement of our services.
Project Interruption: In the event that a project comes to an unexpected halt, both OneSpace Interior and the client will engage in mutual discussions to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. Decisions made during such discussions will be guided by fairness and a shared commitment to the project's success.
Revisions as Per Contract: Any proposed changes or revisions to the project's scope will be governed by the terms outlined in the digital contract signed by both parties. We emphasize the importance of adhering to the agreed-upon terms to ensure a harmonious working relationship.
Price Adjustment: The project cost will remain constant for a period of six months from the date of project confirmation. Beyond this period, adjustments to the pricing may occur due to market fluctuations or other relevant factors. Clients will be notified of any such changes, and the adjusted price will be applicable to the project.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In case of Consultancy Project-
No refund of issued to client in case of consultancy in subject to any offer given to them.
In case of Turnkey Project-
Cancellation After Stage 1: If a client opts to cancel the project after the completion of stage-1,then it will be a non -refundable amount as it was taken for service charge such as 3d designing, layout plan, tecnical drawing, in special case like offers condition will be as per the offer.
Cancellation After Stage 2: If a client opts to cancel the project after the completion of stage 2, no refund no refund will be issued. This is due to the resources and efforts invested in advancing the project up to that point.
Please remember that this policy has been established to provide clarity and a structured approach to resolving disputes and cancellations. It is recommended that both parties thoroughly review and understand these terms before entering into any agreement.
