To access and utilize OneSpace Interior's services and/or create an account with OneSpace Interior for service use, individuals must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By accessing or using our platform and/or services, users affirm and guarantee that they are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal competence and authorization to enter into contractual agreements. If you are representing any other individual, whether natural or legal, you confirm that you have the necessary authority and capacity to legally bind such individual to these terms and conditions.

1. Interior Design Services:

• We offer interior design services for residential spaces.
• Our services include design consultations, space planning, material selection, and project management.
• We aim to provide designs that meet your preferences while adhering to your budget, quality and timeline.

2. Design Process:

• Our design process involves collaborative efforts between our team and you, the client.
• We will present design concepts, layout plan, and 3D renderings for your approval.
• Your feedback and approval are crucial for moving forward with the project.
• We will release technical drawings after handover of the project.

3. Pricing and Payment:

Advance Consulting Charge:

• A 100% consulting fee is required before the commencement of interior work.
• Any delay in payment may lead to project timeline delays or hold orders and on-site work.
• Payments must be made at the OneSpace office, and receipts must be obtained for any payments collected elsewhere.

1. Initial Payment (10%):

• Due at contract signing.
• Non-refundable and secures our services to initiate the project.

2. Progress Payment (50%):

• Due after project design completion or midway through the project.
• Covers ongoing tasks and ensures project continuity.

3. Final Payment (40%):

• Due upon project completion and client approval.
• This payment concludes the project and releases any remaining obligations.
• Marks the conclusion of the project and the release of any remaining obligations.

4. OneSpace Price Assurance Guarantee:

• We promise to match any lower price found elsewhere for the same design, material, and specifications.

1. How It Works:

• Share the lower price details with us.
• We validate the design, material, and specifications.
• We match the price while upholding the OneSpace Quality Guarantee.

5. Project Timeline:

• We will provide an estimated project timeline, and we will make every effort to adhere to it.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as material availability or weather conditions, may occur, and we will communicate these promptly.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• If you wish to cancel the project, please notify us in writi ng as soon as possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the work completed and materials purchased up to that point.

7. Client Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the project.
• You agree to provide access to the premises and clear communication throughout the project.

8. Furniture warranty & guarantee:

• All the Furniture provided by Onespace comes with a 2-YEAR WARRANTY and Hardware 1 YEAR WARRANTY, ensuring that you enjoy peace of mind with every piece crafted for your home.

1. OTHER PRODUCTS WARRANTY:

• For all non-furniture items such as Fan, Switch Boards and Light the warranty is managed directly by our trusted panelists and suppliers. Should you require any assistance, our team will seamlessly connect you with them to ensure a hassle-free experience.

NOTE:

• Wall Paint, Ceiling work POP, Electric work and wiring, Glass work, decorative and Artifact doesn’t contain any warranty.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• We respect your privacy and will keep your personal information and project details confidential.
• We may use project photos for promotional purposes with your consent.

10. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication and negotiation.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued as a last resort.

11. Changes to Terms:

• These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to you.
